Can I design my own shape of UFD or Can I change the casing color?Yes, we offer ODM service, you only need to send us your industrial design drawings and other details if any.
You can also customized the casing color of the prodcucts, just need to advise us the Pantone number.

Can I print my logo on the product? How many printing styles can you offer?
Yes, logo printing service is available.
At the moment, we can offer silk-screen printing, pad printing, full color printing, exopy dome printing, laser engraving and leather debossing.

Do you offer any solution for UFD like data-preloading or anything else?
Yes, we can preload erasable or non-erasable data.
We can also do password protection, auto-run and auto-pop, etc.

Is the UFD come with package? Can I have my own logo on the package or Can you do customized packing?
It is up to your choice. You can choose bulk pack or with package.
At the moment, we have white box, deluxe giftbox, window metal box, retail blister and PVC plastic box for your choice.
We can print your logo on the package or help design your customized packing if you need.

Is the product come with any accessories?
It is up to customer’s needs. We have a variety of keychains, lanyards,USB cables and CD-ROMs for choice. For additional cost or further details, Pls contact our account executive.
How can you guarantee your product quality? Can I assign third party for inspection before shipment?
We are a ISO9001 qualified supplier, our products are CE& FCC certified and ROHS compliant. Besides, we have a strict in-house quality control system, all goods must pass a three-step test before shipment.
Customer can also assign a third party to do inspection on their orders.
How about your after-sale service and what is your warranty term?
All products offer by JOYMU industrial Co., Ltd enjoy a thirteen-month warranty.
For any RMA products(non-misused) under warranty period, customer can send back to us, we will replace or repair them for you at the first place.
